Cell Factory

KAYUXU Cell Factory is a large-scale cell culture vessel suitable for adherent cell culture, as well as laboratory operations or large-scale cell culture. 

 

the KAYUXU cell factory has 3 port designs,

 

design 1:

double large port design for aseptic filling, and the culture medium can be poured directly into the bottom of the incubator, providing greater flexibility. 

 

design 2: 

double port design, a standard port design, ideal for adherent cell culture. 

 

design 3: one large and one small mouthful, can be used with filling accessories. 

 

KAYUXU cell factory is available in 5 specifications of 1-layer, 2-layer, 5-layer, 10-layer and 40-layer. 

 

it adopts the combination technology of domestic leading ultrasonic welding and bonding process, which saves time and space, and can be used immediately after disassembly. 

 

Features:

1. the product is made of medical grade USP CLASS VI high molecular polystyrene.

2. manufactured in 10,000 - level workshop to ensure high quality and stability of products

3. the surface is treated with TC, suitable for cell adherent culture

4. save valuable space, each 10-layer cell factory is equivalent to 35 T175 culture flasks

5. improve efficiency. compared with with T175 culture flask, the production efficiency is increased by 5 times

6. the cover is divided into a sealing cover and a breathable cover. the breathable cover has a hydrophobic film, which is resisant to bacteria and breathable, without pollution, and can also avoid liquid and flatulence

7. the product is irradiated by gamma rays, without DNase, RNase and pyrogen
